I will never stop standing for Freedom, Family, and Faith!
I am a father, a husband, a lawyer, and a freedom fighter.
In December 2021, I became Leader of the Ontario Party,
which was established in 2018.
I became involved in politics because I feared for the
Canada we will be leaving for our children once people
like Justin Trudeau and Doug Ford are finished with it.
It's a country where freedom of speech is spoken of but
not practiced, a country crippled by debt, and a country
where, far too often, virtue signalling and empty cliches
shape our policies. In 2019, I was elected to the House of
Commons for the Conservative Party of Canada. The next
year, I ran for the leadership of the CPC because I was
disappointed by the lack of authentically conservative
options available in the field.
My “Conservative Without Apology” campaign connected
powerfully with a huge number of Canadian grassroots
conservatives who are as frustrated as I am by the radical
left culture that has infected all our institutions, even
the so-called “conservative” parties, such as the CPC and
the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.
I was kicked out of the federal Conservative Party because I
spoke the truth and wasn't willing to play the political
game. I am now here as the Leader of the Ontario Party to
keep speaking the truth. I am here to keep fighting.
As an independent MP, I was able to accomplish far more in
standing up for Canadian freedom and against unjust
lockdowns, medical censorship, vaccine mandates, climate
alarmist policies, and threats to Canadian sovereignty than
I ever could have as a member of the CPC caucus.
Freed from party restrictions, I voted against radical bills
that would destroy Canada's energy industry and parents for
taking a “wait and see” approach to gender dysphoria in
their children.

Conservative Party of Canada - January 2020
I announced candidacy to lead the Conservative Party of Canada.
Vaccine Passports - November 2020
I have spoken out against vaccine passports from the very beginning, recognizing them as discriminatory, divisive, measures which will end medical privacy, enshrine segregation and deny liberty to millions of Ontarians based on the choices they are supposed to be free to make.
I began a petition against them, which now has nearly 70,000 signatures.

Bill C-12 - January 25, 2021
I rose in the House of Commons to warn that CPC support for Bill C-12, which ties Canada to a policy of net zero emissions by 2050, will be a disaster.

‘End the Lockdowns Caucus’ - February 2021
I joined the ‘End the Lockdowns Caucus’ to call for an end to the destructive practice of blanket lockdowns and forcing businesses to close to combat COVID-19.
Pastor James Coates - April 2021
When Alberta Health and the RCMP shut down Grace Life Church just west of Edmonton in the name of fighting COVID-19, I visited Pastor Coates and started a petition demanding that the church be reopened.

‘End the Lockdowns’ Press Conference - April 15, 2021
I appeared at the ‘End the Lockdowns’ press conference on Parliament Hill where, along with others, I was able to speak out against the COVID-19 response of governments at every level, which continues to create a political and social crisis that is destroying the fabric of our society.
Ontario Court of Justice Summons - April 25, 2021
I received one of the many Ontario Court of Justice Summons, as a result of failing to comply with the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, for my attendance at a freedom event in the City of Stratford.
Royal Commission of Inquiry - May 2021
I joined Ontario MPP Randy Hillier to demand a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the incompetent, draconian, and disastrous response of the government to COVID-19.

House of Commons - May 28, 2021
I rose in the House of Commons to question the government on the glaring double standard that exists with peaceful protests in Canada: those that Justin Trudeau approves of are fine and safe, but those he disagrees with spread COVID-19!
Bill C-233 - June 2021
I voted in favour of Bill C-233, which would have banned the practice of sex-selective abortion in Canada. Unfortunately, the bill was defeated, thanks in part to the 38 Conservatives.

Parliamentary Press Conference - June 17, 2021
I hosted a Parliamentary Press Conference about the suppression of scientific and medical facts surrounding the COVID-19 response. I was joined by three brave men, Dr. Byram Bridle of the University of Guelph, Dr. Don Welsh, a PhD & Professor of Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University, and Dr. Patrick Phillips, a family and emergency medicine physician from Ontario. Within two days, the video of the press conference became the most viewed in the history of CPAC, garnering over 850,000 views. Facebook Live interrupted the broadcast of the press conference, and YouTube eventually censored the video on CPAC’s YouTube channel.
Anti-Conversion Therapy - June 2021
I voted against Bill C-6, the so-called “Anti-Conversion Therapy” bill at every stage, because it deceptively would ban everything that doesn’t blindly reaffirm radical gender ideology as “conversion therapy”, trampling the rights of parents, religious leaders, and professional counsellors in the process, and sending children down paths of irreparable damage.
